With the Genoo extension for Elementor Forms, you can assign form submissions to specific lead types/tags, trigger Genoo confirmation emails, and trigger automations if you have them assigned. Our extension simply adds capability to Elementor Forms to allow you to fully integrate with your Genoo software.
Go-to-Webinar
Use your own registration forms on your own website pages to register people into your webinars. Our integration passes the registration information through to Go-to-Webinar for you. You can still use the confirmation emails from your webinar platform, or you can use your own pre- and post-webinar emails, created in your Genoo platform. Webinar registrations are tracked within the lead record in your Genoo system, and webinar registrants can be triggered into a variety of actions automatically, if you want.

Google UTM
Leverage Google’s Universal Tracking Module for More In-Depth Source Tracking
Google’s UTM parameters, when added to your website URLs, allow you to track incoming leads based on your campaign information – but not to the specific PERSON. With Genoo’s Google UTM implementation, UTM parameters are parsed and entered into specific source fields in a lead’s record (provided they come in through and become leads on a UTM-coded page, of course).
Not only will you know the action they took to become a lead (the “lead source”), you’ll also know the campaign source, referrer, medium, and term (if you use them all) from your UTM parameters. Want to know who came in from Facebook? You can know that. Who came in from Facebook in the Holiday22 campaign? How about… who came in from Facebook in the Holiday22 campaign who has since become a customer? You can know that, too. Track and measure results by external campaign for your lead generation efforts.

Zapier
Integrate to More Than 750 Other Applications
Zapier moves info between your web apps automatically, so you can focus on your most important work. With over 750 applications available, Zapier can be the answer for getting information to flow between your systems.
Here’s one way that we use it: when someone makes an appointment with us through our website, they’re taken to our Acuity Scheduling page to set a time. Zapier picks that up and then sends the meeting to Go-to-Meeting, where the online meeting is created at the right time. An email is then sent with the GTM link. And the meeting is recorded in the lead record so we always have it tracked. You may or may not need Zapier, but it’s there if you need it.
