Zapier moves info between your web apps automatically, so you can focus on your most important work. With over 750 applications available, Zapier can be the answer for getting information to flow between your systems. Here’s one way that we use it: when someone makes an appointment with us through our website, they’re taken to our Acuity Scheduling page to set a time. Zapier picks that up and then sends the meeting to Go-to-Meeting, where the online meeting is created at the right time. An email is then sent with the GTM link. And the meeting is recorded in the lead record so we always have it tracked. You may or may not need Zapier, but it’s there if you need it.
